Delete Your Account

This page applies to the LS Jobber website and the LS Jobber Android application, published by Logicspice.

You can delete your own account at any time. You do not need to contact us first.

• Sign in as a job seeker or an employer.
• Open My Profile from the menu.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page, to the Delete Account section.
• Select Delete Account.
• Tell us why you are leaving, confirm your password, and type DELETE to confirm.
• Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out.

If you cannot sign in, write to us at info@logicspice.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in details, including your password.
• Your profile — name, contact details, address, education, work experience, skills and professional summary.
• Any jobs you posted as an employer. They disappear from the site immediately.
• Your subscription and plan records.
• Your payment history.
• Your job alerts.

Some information is not ours alone to erase, so it is retained after the account is gone:

• Applications you sent to employers stay with those employers as part of their own hiring records.
• CVs and certificates you attached to an application remain available to the employer you sent them to.
• Records we are required to keep by tax and accounting law are retained for as long as that law requires.

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove individual items. While signed in you can:

• Delete any CV you have uploaded, from CV Upload.
• Delete any certificate you have uploaded, from your profile.
• Clear or change any field on your profile.
• Close a job you posted, which removes it from the public site.
